When you go to the game; where do you eat?

Not wanting to take out a morgage on my house in order to buy a couple hot dogs & a coke at the stadium , I go early and eat somewhere around the campus area.

I frequently just have a pizza at Donotos; however, yestersday I was going to try something different. My first choice was Eddie's Grille 27. However, that place was packed. I walked around looking for some other South Campus Gateway places and found the Ugly Tuna Saloona. It was really nice; no crowd, good food, reasonable prices, good service, and several TVs with the early games.

Anyone else ever eat at the Ugly Tuna Saloona? Also, there was a Mexican place below the Ugly Tuna Saloona named Mad Mex. It looked pretty nice and wasn't crowded either.

I've never eaten at the Ugly Tuna Saloon, but I was just there a couple days ago and got smashed there. I enjoyed the hell out of it. The bartenders were cool and the people who were there hanging out were just as cool. Someone bought me a liquor bowl thing.

I prefer small bar/pub food. The big, always-packed places are good, but the small places have been better for me.. Too's has great wings.. Patrick J's has awesome cheese sticks. Little Bar has popcorn and a smokin' bartender.

All these places have beer, which is what I look for in a bar.

You can get all the nourishment you need from a keg. Drink your lunch.

I actually ate lunch at Eddie's Grill yesterday. I got there a little before 11 in order to get a seat at the bar.
