the banks that were defrauded, in the names you mentioned, and that guy was convicted and the banks came back in a civil case to try and collect the money civilly. they could not find the guy with the name he used, so when they searched they came up with my name. in the case i sent to biatch, they made a motion to ADD my name and that i used those other names to commit the crimes against them. that is when i went and got the fingerprint statements and blood work done, to show that the guy that did those things, and all his info was in the files of the fbi, that it was not me. the banks still went forward anyway. they were trying to get their money back. biatch has the dismissal, with all the names used here and mine, and the fraud names that got convicted, were NOT me. the only "body" the banks had was mine, and since the same last name was used, they attempted to do what mike mcneil and others on this site have done, say it was me.
the court/judge told the banks attorney they had the wrong guy and to dismiss the case or lose my counter claim.
2 days later, VOLUNTARY dismissal. that is how, 100% court proven, the fraud guy is NOT me. beyond any doubt. the banks tried to prove that i was the fraud guy, and lost.

i can't prove this nor can i say it isn't true. he does have this case being dismissed though. if you got more documents, i am a man of my word and will be honest with everything. feel free to send them and i will do what i can to either help you out or help the board have more comedy but it will be only the truth coming from me.

if you wanted to clear your name simply maybe you could contact your attorney and have him forward the evidence to me. again i am a man of my word unless i am trying to get a BJ and will keep everything in confidence. your call there.

You will note that the name of the builders are Elite Builders and JDS Builders. You say you can link him to registering JDS Consultants. When was this done? The crimes in the appeal case were mid 90's, and I don't think there is any internet connection unless you say otherwise.

First of all, there is a John D Strassini. That is known. He appeared in court, was convicted, and sentenced. I can only assume he served some time. So this as not identity theft. There is an actual JD Strassini that is an excon who lived in North Carolina and committed fraud.

So there is not identity theft here if JD Strassini is involved. At best, mistaken identity. Now, what is the deal with JDS Consultants registered by Giovanni? Is there actual proof he registered that name? If so, pretty amazing that someone can find a guy with a very similar name (coincidentally in the same area), hack them, and start a business under his name.

On top of all of that, If Giovanni did prove that he does not have an alias as John D Strassini it would be redacted from court records.

I know this [censored]es off Giovanni, but I have actually been pretty fair concerning this whole criminal activity angle. As for acting as an Ohio State TE, Wiki, the alumni club, Twitter, and many other things, his reasons are beyond reasonable doubt. This whole thing has no bearing on that.

the name used and that was convicted stands. my fingerprints did not match the perp so i was not him. why go more and say untrue things, if that was me they would add me as an aka, not remove the convicted name. no need for me to do more, that is no longer associated to me except here..go figure..lol. there is also the birth certificate, the social security verification, and that court case where the names used in the fraud stuff was not me. you cannot re-try a case i won, so break the law by a fake trial here, castigate me more, and biatch, what you have is the gold. anyone that says i am that fraud guy, i show that and their legal says not me.
i was out of the country in the late 80's to early 2000's. that was another exculpatory bit of evidence. jds builders was not me, and neither was any other form.

i walk to the titty bar and then get a ride home so no need to be careful honestly.

biggest risk i got is me mouthing off and getting jumped from behind but they got metal detectors in there so i will take my chances.

i bounced the largest dude in the county out one night (giant roider that deals coke) as a customer and generally nobody messes with me in this area.

i did get punched in the face by a father and son team that were tearing the place up once and just laughed at them and watched them take off after. i will probably be ok.

i actually enjoy a good fight. got a bit of a hero complex that i need to deal with still. i try to break up every fight i see. even broke up a topless fight between a girl i was seeing and my buddies girlfriend one night (his lady was [censored]ed at him for cheating on her and threw a drink on him and got some on me; my girl flipped out a little and they got into a serious hair pulling contest while both of them were topless; whole bar was loving it and the bouncers are pussies there so i grabbed Jessie by the wrists and told her if she didn't let go of the hair i was going to keep squeezing harder and harder; my girl let go once i got in the mix; bruised her up a little bit but nothing major; me and her current man laugh about it all the time now; still get along with Jess too, she always buys me drinks whenever she sees me so we are cool). edit: didn't touch my lady, slightly bruised the other girl by squeezing the shit out of her wrists until she let go. never harmed a woman otherwise in my life and honestly did no harm that night either, though it did leave a mark.

number two- i said many times i did not commit any crimes ever and everyone said i was lying. i have no need to send personal things to anyone. anywhere i go and if questioned about john and me, i show that court case, and they drop it as not me. very simple.
as for that registration, it was not in my name at first, it was changed after the fact and i sent that fraud alert to the sec. of state. it is in their records. none of the jds companies EVER did business, they were folded by administratively deficient filings after registration. i have never had to answer that before as it is not pertinent.

the banks moved to add me, my name was placed on the top, because they tried to say i was now the fraud guy with a different name. try being more open here. i am not lying. i was now first, even though the banks documents had the fraud guys name on them and initially was filed in his name only.
my attorney handled the COURT and subsequent dismissal well. no need to have anything more, i simply wanted to end the wrongful crossing and accusing going on. the federal one, never came into play here until those banks involved in the fraud tried to collect civilly.

i think where you are mistaken is thinking the original cases at all, were in my name. NOT. only the fraud names were used and his aliases therein. i was not even involved until 2011. i was never booked, never charged, and never convicted. i was not in any way named until 2011. i went to court to prove it was not me using those aliases. you do not see my name in the convictions, only the fraud one. in the dismissed case, my name did get placed on the top AFTER it was filed and after the banks motion to add my name. they felt i was the same guy, and LOST. hope that clears this up. and since the case was dismissed, it never made it into public records.

that i never added info to WIKI. they told me and sent me 5 IP addresses that added info at WIKI over the years. i said, none of them is mine. times the things were added were early in the AM, from someones home. i was REMOVING my name and WIKI added it back. i said to remove my name or i would have my attorney send them a letter. they blocked me then for "threatening legal". i asked WIKI to simply remove my name and they refused. when WIKI googled my name, they saw it was in other places on the net...such as IMDB, twitter, facebook and even here from a few years ago. WIKI saw the "fraud stuff" there also, and attempted to tell me that was me. i told them of the ID theft- and they said how did ID theft fit this. i said for the fraud stuff, not the athletic things, but they stopped being reasonable. it was then, the WIKI worker went to every place he found that had my athletic stuff on it and sent the same links as here to all the others. those acts of his, "broke" this story. 1) You act like Wikipedia has some sort of nefarious motive. You have said it over and over again. Bullshit. I don't care if you or your coworkers added your stuff, or people that saw your Facebook, you knew about it and were therefore complicit. Just like I stated. Wikipedia simply wants correct information on their site. You were harmed because you were a liar and a fraud. They came looking for real info and your lies became exposed. You harmed yourself. 2) I don't believe a damn thing about the ring. If they can only be made with the permission of the school, and you got one as a replica, who in the hell approved it? When did you get it? Why in the fuck would allow you to add a number to it. A number you never wore.

5) The alumni association stated you made improper contact with their members. I am much more inclined to believe them. Doesn't sound like altruistic motives to me.

You could have done any of your supposed good deeds without the need of a fake persona. So no, this lie did not do any good other than stroke your undeserved ego. Stop lying to yourself. You did it for you, and no one else.
