I don't know about the sites for other states, But the Ohio DRC site only lists people who are currently "in the system" ie: incarcerated or on some sort of state sanction: Parole or probation at the state level. If someone had been convicted of a crime and served thier time or completed probation, they won't show up on that site. I know this from experience with being involved with an organization that deals with incarcerated individuals.

did not know that.

i remember when i had a rumor of a sex offender on midnights crew floating around in the shop and then found it online. maybe that was a sex offender specific site or a different link. yea he was a big sex offender that liked kids. fired him asap.

i thought it used to have all old files also, but i have an ex cop friend with 20+ felonies and i just checked and he isn't there so it must just be current.

thanks for the heads up. i don't do background searches myself as that is for the lazy fat HR lady, but get a little nosy on some people from time to time. good to know that is only current prisoners.

the case i refer to was never adjudicated, it was voluntarily dismissed, so it is not on the net, dummy
as for the proof, it is sent to a second party now, and hopefully he will post about it.

I had a friend of mine, who is basically off the boat Italian, and he thinks this guy isn't very Italian at all.

Yeah, there is a link on that site that takes you to the state sex offender registry. THAT lists everyone who has to be registered county by county. There are a million sites out there to run full background checks on someone, just depends on how much you want to pay.

look on the net, my great uncle is on there coming over for the first time, from Italia. It is there, and only my family name is in Italia, no one elses. it is from a situation, and means something. nuff of that, you are wrong again
