    • An honest question, do you all think Lil Animal will go down as a Buckeye LB legend? Im talking names like Gradishar, Spielman, Cousineau, Katz, Hawk. There have been some very good ones that have made great impact, hade phenom years and will get talked about, but are not "legends" ie. Wilhelm, Carpenter, Ike Kelley, etc.

    I think if he can bring home a first team AA, Butkus, maybe B10 DPOY, and 100+ tackles/5+ sacks - he will cross into legendary status leaving O-State

    Yeah...I know. I said "THIS YEAR"...NOT "LAST YEAR".

    That means...if he can duplicate another great season, he will certainly go down as a Buckeye legend. As we all know, a player can have one great season, but doesnt mean hes a "legend". Wilhelm had 121 tackles his senior year, including 11 vs. Miami but hes not ranking atop with Hawk, Gradishar, etc.

    Okay, well my bad, but common sense should tell you what Im getting at. If you are on a message board, than you have probably committed yourself to already have knowing a thing or two about our premier players and their accolades and accomplishments. So, let me break it down for you so that I dont get patronized over this anymore...

    If he can accomplish the same feats THIS YEAR - 2008-2009 - NOT 2007-2008. Than hes a shoe in for legendary status.

    I can see your point but I also cannot. I think we should all relax and wait and see what happens. If that happens, I think we will be ok in the future but I also can see where we wouldn't.
