Georgia 31, Georgia Tech 17 (Final)

What's your reasoning behind this one? I can't wait to hear it :roll2:

When you look so bad against some teams and barely escape defeat on other instances, it's a feeling of "They're a 9-3 team that should be 6-6."

I don't see them giving LSU a tough test: IMO, the SEC title game could be very lopsided.

And to think he was SO close to playing in the Orange Bowl last year.
With the best player in college football dragging his offense up to mediocrity. Tech would have beat UGA and won the ACC title vs WFU if Gailey would have sat Ball down. Bennett isn't very good but he showed in the Gator Bowl that he could at least get the ball withing 5 yards of Calvin. Gailey is a horrible coach, and one near miss season doesn't change that.

So I guess the 35-14 ass kicking that they gave Georgia on 10/6 means nothing?.........since they "should" be 6-6, right?

When I said they should be 6-6, I meant the games against Vanderbilt, South Carolina and today against Kentucky should have been losses.

Should'a, Would'a, Could'a.............BUT DIDN'T, so they deserve to be there.

You do realize you sound like just about EVERY SEC fan when they were talking about the 2002 Ohio State team RIGHT?

You're right.

They deserve to be there and get thumped by LSU.
Yeah, because LSU has been totally dominate in every game all year. No close calls for the Bengal Tigers, right? UT won, they have the best record in the SEC East and earned the right to play in the Dome.

I was referring to UT's defense. They have looked shaky at times this year.
