In california, they can't get a full license until they are 18. Prior to that it's permits only meaning a parent or guardian has to be in the car with them any time they are behind the wheel.

I'm glad we didn't have that rule when I was in high school. I drove a delivery car for a pharmacy when I was 16 and 17. Having to drag mom around with me would've taken all the fun out of it. :wink2:
