Building on the "national" recruiting theme, here's our starting offense:

OL:
Jones - IL
Jordan - MI
Elflein - OH
Price - OH
Prince - MD

TE:
Baugh - CA

QB:
Barrett - TX

RB:
Weber - MI

HB/RB:
Samuel - NY

WR:
Brown - NJ
(2nd WR is fluid)

Depending upon who UFM decides on game day who his 2nd WR is, we have either seven or eight out of the starting 11 on offense from out of state, including all four inside skill positions (QB, RB, HB, TE).

EDIT: Math is tough when you get old. It should read either eight or nine out of the starting 11 on offense from out of state...

Very good point. And if you look at defense:

DE:
Lewis - NC
Hubbard - OH
Holmes (including him because he is every bit as good) - VA

DT:
Hill - SC
Jones/Hamilton/Landers - OH

LB:
McMillian - GA
Worley - OH
Baker/Booker - OH

DB:
Conley - OH
Ward/Lattimore - OH
Hooker - PA
Webb - MI

Maybe more Ohio flavor but still plenty of OOS presence...

True, but when you start looking at the backups, you'll notice a considerable OOS presence-
DL:

Barrow FL
Cooper OH

LB(dominated by OH talent):
Borland IL
Jones MD
Harrison OH

DB:
Arnette FL
Fuller NJ
Burns KY
Davis VA
Glover- Williams OH
Ward OH
Norwood GA
