Amazing. On that board (and Swampgas), anything or anybody that has not declared UF as God's gift to football and sport in general is an idiot.

Their 1 point win over a mediocre South Carolina team is more impressive than our destruction of Iowa in Iowa City.

Steve Spurrier would undoubtedly out coach Tressel, despite being unable to out coach Bowden even once in Tallahassee.

Yeah, and somehow their close wins are MUCH higher quality than our 1 "close score" and our win over apparently THE WORST team in the world (Michigan) according to them... We all know if you watched the game, the defense dominated Illinois's offense....


Love how on Swamp Gas just, maybe 3 weeks ago, they were going off on Ohio State fans complaining that the title isn't theirs just yet... Then, all the fans on whatever the hell is other ridiculous board is keeps saying "Can't wait to see you back here Jan. 9th!" and "0-8" and "Can't wait until Florida is hoisting that crystal football" Oh how hypocritical!!!

I've been looking at this UF board and I will tell you those people down there are hilarious :biggrin:

They are so ilinformed it is unbelieveable.....and they love to talk smack...I have a big feeling that they are scared as hell and can't admit it :biggrin:

I said it before but I'll mention it again. UF fans (based on what I've read on message boards, anyway) have a serious case of MAC Fan Inferiority Complex, or MFIC for short. We've witnessed MFIC in Miami (OH) fans, NIU, and BGSU fans. Common symptoms include a constant demand for respect and a quickness to slant anything any Buckeye fan says about their school into a derogatory comment. Anything short of glowing praise for fans of schools with MFIC is considered as a attack on the principles of which MFIC fans' schools stand for.

Go to Swamp Gas. I'd be a rich man if I got a nickel for every "OSU - Greatest Team of All Time" threads, or the "OSU has never seen the likes of..." threads. Put your faith in yardage stats and who-beat-who analysis. I'll put my faith in "W's".

Someone needs to ask those swampjacks, "What does the ratio 7-to-1 have to do with Ohio State and Florida?", and then give them these answers:

  • Number of Ohio State Heismans to Florida Heismans.
  • Number of Ohio State national titles to Florida national titles.
  • Number of touchdowns Ohio State will score compared to Florida on Jan 8th.
