Watched the 2am replay. I personally think the coach is off his rocker picking South Carolina over Georgia, but then again, he knows the players better than anyone. May actually laughed when Holtz spat in his coffee about picking against OSU at home. Bah! What a loser. Holtz mentioned we have "2 really good wide receivers". I'd like to challange that statement, because I think we have more than that, but can't go wrong with his pick.Go Bucks! Only 17 more hours until kickoff!!

Let's see...after going out in C-bus tonight, I had serveral Texas's fans do that horns up thing right in my face as I was walking by. How is that not disrespectful? Instead of giving the horns down, would you rather I have been respectful and punched them in the face? It's fun, meaningless jesturing. Come midnight you're going to have a lot more to worry about than whether or not somebody is giving you the horns down sign anyway.

i am sitting here wondering if you can comprehend the difference between a 5-11 Falcons team in which Vick spent the majority of the season on the injured list, and a 12-4 Falcons team which made the NFC championship game the VERY NEXT SEASON when Vick was healthy... of course, Vick did not put gaudy passing numbers, however, if you pay ANY attention to the NFL, you would know that the Falcons were the #1 rushing team in the entire NFL last year, and Vick's 900+ yards definitely counted... also, he wasn't asked to throw the ball 40 times per game... BTW, ask Peyton Manning how much good his 239578329574952 TD passes helped him against the Pats, when they only used 2 down linemen and dropped 8 into coverage every play... for some reason, his dumb ass couldn't figure out that handing the ball off when the other team us basically letting you run, was a good idea...

what i don't understand is why you, a Horn fan would go around trashing Vick, when you have essentially a bigger Vick clone running your team right now...

another thing, Vick won his rivalry game and made the BCS title game as a redshirt SOPHOMORE... less experience, yet better results than VY... go figure...

please do us all a favor and get the fuck out of here until you figure out how to remove your head from your ass...

AMEN :oh:

Just was out on campus and the bars tonight....a couple of Texas kids out there. Of course a few assholes who said we were going to loose and a few who just talked about the game. Overall, Texas guys are good guys, but I can assure you tomorrow during the heated battle there will be some words exchanged.

Mark May holds the title as the only person on TV with less brain cells than Trev Alberts. If you flip back and forth between their show and 'The Simple Life' you feel as though they're with you all the time.
I don't see anything wrong with picking Texas, they're the most complete team, but if they win, it will be becuase their d-line dominates and they hold OSU under 17. Either way, I wish Trev and Mark would just fall off a cliff somewhere.

-Corso seems illogical to me sometimes, but he comes out right more then anyone.

ol' Lou made May look pretty stupid, though i disagree with his opinion about South Carolina... if their lines were getting shoved all around by UCF (and they were) they are going to get absolutely man-handled by the Bulldogs... Georgia's gonna win this one pretty handily...

Bevo its what's for Dinner!!!

Time to head and hoof the horns! Hey WSU beat Vince and his crew 28-20 in the '03 Holiday Bowl. The Bucks ought to be able to take them out to the woodshed by 14 or more!:oh: :io: I'd say "Good Luck" but you won't need it. Texas is at biggest danger to themselves when they are puffed up with how great they are. So give 'em and attitude adjustment!!!

some guy on one of the Horns sites thought that Texas should receive if they won the toss, because he didn't want Teddy or Santonio to take it to the House on the first play... the guy sounded pretty confident to me... :p

it sounds like a good scenario to me... take the opening kickoff to the house, and THEN force the 3-and-out...

This is a free country so you're free to do as you wish. Adrian Peterson said he won't do the Horns down because it's "disrespectful." (I gained a lot of respect for him for that) Personally, I'd rather cheer for my team than put down another.
Haha, but saying that he was going to go to OU instead of Texas, because he wanted to play for national titles isn't disrespectful?

why the hell does a pop-up for a secure.texas.com certificate keep coming up? I think this thread has been booby trapped, and not by Mr. Incredible this time.

I have the same thing popping up, and I must say I prefer Cololnel's boobytrap.

Oh, and Mili, look at the bright side, you're still in paradise.
