If you choose to defer you are saying you want to pick in the 2nd half and the other team picks in the first half. They wold normally choose to receive.

If you choose to kick you have used your choice. The other team gets to choose at the start of the second half and can choose to receive once again.

The option to defer was put in place a few years back because it is considered an advantage to receive to start the second half. Thus you were effectively punished for winning the coin toss.

Q: Will instant replay be used in Saturday’s game?

BROWN: Yes. The replay official in the booth will be from the Big Ten, and the officiating crew on the field will be from the Big 12. Next year, when Ohio State comes to Austin, the replay official will be from the Big 12 and the crew on the field will be from the Big Ten.

I would think that one wouldn't be sitting here with 1400 in bpcash when there is a wager on the game. Do you not know that the Buckeyes will win? Do you have no faith in your team? Why are you holding back??? Where is your faith?!?!?

Being all about the mojo, as I am, I refuse to bet on Ohio State football. Learned that lesson the hard way. I will not tempt fate.

henry melton is going to run all over us, especially in the second half. not a single comment about the buckeyes at all.

DEAR LORD. Watching the halftime show for the Okie ST-FAMU game tonight and it looks like Desmond Howard has taken Trev's spot. Hes TERRIBLE. Plus, I f-ing hate the guy as well. This show has gone from bad to WORST.

Oh, and that A-HOLE May just said our D-line would be pushed around all day by the Texas O-Line, and we would struggle all game. What a prick.
