I think two weeks ago ESPN had its usual heart warming story about one of their star backs or wr's (can't remember which) getting burned in a fire while Beamer was at his house for a recruiting visit. Beamer suffered 3rd degree burns from a fire a long time ago and required like 10 skin grafts. So Beamer and the other guy (completely forgot his name) shared a similar experience.

looking at virginia tech's defense so far, osu has the opportunity today to place its stamp as the best defense in the nation. i'd settle for a one-point win, but the accolades are nice.

no, i just enjoy learning new and challenging words. no thesaurus nor dictionary used. while the words i used are not common, you should know the definitions of them.

Yeah, Marshall gave them the 99th non-offensive TD of the Beamer era. Part of that's coaching, but I've never seen a team benefit from so many gifts and boneheaded plays.

Va Tech's defense and special teams are always in the "right place at the right time" and that says a boat load about their coaching. At this point though I don't think Va Tech is a better football team than the Bucks. It sounds like complete homerism but our defense is far and away the best in the nation, period! When Troy is on and we play sound fundamental football I still see us as the best team in college football. If we could only replay that Texas game again!
