You can't ask for any more after getting involved so late. And with the rash of commitments, we can put a ton of work in on Mecole to close him while our opposition here (Bama and UGA) have plenty more spots to fill. Not a slam dunk or anything but when you start off playing from behind, every advantage helps. Either way, it is just incredible to be in this position here and landing him would just be gravy, albeit gravy that would essentially ensure a recruiting national title for 2016.

Regardless of the outcome, the fact that we were able to get into the final 2-3 for an elite 5* like Mecole so late in the process is a testament to the recruiting prowess of our committed recruits and our staff. Outstanding

A: I’m still undecided, I partially know where I want to go but I’m still trying to decide what would be the best place. I go back and forth all the time, particularly when you have guys like Dwayne in your ear talking about going to Ohio State.
