wtf is all this worry about friggin flu shots.......when was the last time that a flu epidemic came across america and wiped out the population...??

god americans are soo fucking stupid....because the news tells these old farts that they "need" flu shots to live through the winter...now everyone over 60 goes into heart attack mode if they cant get a flu shot....

further proof that the american society has peaked and it is only a matter of time until it implodes upon itself.....

Society is built so much on the media that no one thinks for themselves anymore. People laugh about the Orson Welles "War of the Worlds" incident, yet we are manipulated daily by strangers and we accept all their info as gospel. This whole flu shot thing is another example of the media looking for a story that will get people interested...usually that means it is controversial or it causes panic.

oiler...most especially the elder population....like my parents that flat out fing believe every word uttered on a tv....like it is gospel....

i think the younger generation sees the media for what it is.....a money making enterprise....with ethics a few levels below that of an ambulance chasing attorney....

sheez.. kids... what are ya gonna do with 'em???

39,000 of those old geezers die every year from the flu... in the USA... and it's pretty dangerous for some kids too...

plus flu symptoms cause all sorts of other stresses for oldsters... dehydration can wreak havoc... plus simple things you take for granted.. like the speed you can get to the shitter if diarrhea hits... these folks can't... so it's a big deal... in a lot of ways... self esteem even... can you imagine if a flu epidemic hits an old age home... ugh...

and you'd be pretty surprised the financial impact for companies that is attributed to the flu... sick time from normal workers...

DiHard, you crack me up... we're gonna have to get you on blood pressure medicine before you're 30... but you do keep it lively..:bow:

so we should buy everyone in america over the age of 60 a "scooter" so they dont trip and fall???

i mean it would just be horrible if something bad ever happened to someone....maybe we should all just live in bubbles...????

OK.. it's obvious you played hooky when your company gave that Sensitivity Training class you were supposed to go to.. so your punishment is to volunteer for one day at one of those old geezer homes experiencing a flu epidemic delivering Depends and Adult Huggies...

OK.. but he's gonna be old some day... and God's gonna remember... he's going to get the flu 3 times a year... with a case of gout from being so dehydrated... to slow him down from getting to the shitter...
