It is when the school you chose no longer allows you to enroll in classes due to acedemic performance. According to the Noles insider I work with, he has "flunked out".

When you think about it, it is really, and I mean REALLY difficult to flunk out of FSU too, especially as a member of the football program.

I wonder if they work it with Bowden the way baseball teams can protect so many players on their rosters from the Rule 5 draft. Like he can designate guys that can even be majoring in staring at the insides of their eyelids and nothing can happen to them, but other guys can get nailed like, you know, actual students.

I've thought long and hard about it and I've decided to declare for the NFL draft as well.

Lets see how much higher than me this dumb fuck gets drafted. I'm guessing it won't be by much.

If the draft was still 12 rounds, I'd say you would be a 12th rounder based on intangibles and Lee would still be a free agent.

Lee might get an invite to try out for a CFL team. Maybe.

Jax, I think you very well might tie Lee on draft position. On a little different note, there was a kid played for tOSU, I think he came out of Columbus and played QB and LB, never got a chance at QB and hurt the nerve in his groin and never played much at tOSU, but got a chance in the pro's based on freakish measurables, can anyone help me out with a name, Prescott, Preston, something, it's been bugging me for a couple of days.

Preston Harrison? Taken as the last pick in the 3rd round of the 95 draft. San Diego 98th overall LB (Ohio State)

Thanks TexasBuck, that's him, it's a shame that a freak injury like that ruined his chance. Unlike other guys who have every opportunity in the world but their hat rack disqualifies them from reaching their potential.

Ravens release Lee, two others ~ June 27, 2008

OWINGS MILLS -- The Baltimore Ravens cut rookie tight end Xavier Lee, a former starting quarterback at Florida State, along with two other undrafted rookies.

The Ravens also cut former Grand Valley State offensive guard Brandon Barnes and Fordham punter Benjamin Dato, who were signed as free agents following the NFL draft.

Lee's release was somewhat surprising considering the Ravens' depth issues at tight end. The 6-foot-4, 235-pounder had received some praise from coach John Harbaugh after shifting to the new position and being signed to the roster following a tryout.

Lee had been reluctant to play tight end when he was enrolled at Florida State. When the Seminoles' coaching staff suggested he should move there, Lee left school following his junior season to declare for the draft. However, he wasn't picked in the draft or immediately signed afterward.

"I think he was into it a little bit," Harbaugh said of Lee following a minicamp. "He was running routes and catching the ball and he would have a chance athletically to play tight end.

"They were right at Florida State. He could be a heck of a tight end. We've got to talk about it, but he looked pretty good."

For his career at Florida State, Lee passed for 2,322 yards, 15 touchdowns and 11 interceptions while rushing for 217 yards and five touchdowns.

Named Mr. Football as a senior at Daytona Beach Seabreeze, Lee started six games at Florida State and was suspended for three others due to academic issues. He was ruled academically ineligible for the Music City Bowl.

In high school, Lee set Florida high school records for passing yards (9,082), touchdown passes (98) and completions (549).

Munsoned
munsoned (v.) - to be up a creek without a paddle; to have the whole world in the palm of your hand and blow it. a figure of speech.

I'd sooner get munsoned out here in the middle of nowhere than lose face in front of my friends and family
