nah... i didn't purchase the rack-mount option! for the money, i thought it would be a bust. boy, do i feel like a boob now! i've back ordered it though. i'll keep you abreast of the situation.

I sold those for a few years in a college for Best Buy. Hopefully you got the Whirlpools. Those are the best on the market. The LG's are cool, but they are tough to get parts for. Even though front loaders are way more expensive up front, they pay for themselves after a few years in the form of lower bills and longer life of your clothes. Good choice
