Framed Jersey Question

Serious question for anyone who has framed an OSU jersey. Are the replica jerseys easier to frame than the authentic jerseys? I'm considering getting an autographed jersey and trying to figure out which kind is easier and looks better framed.

Looking at the pictures of the authentic and replica jerseys on Buckeye Corner they are definitely constructed differently. I would love an authentic one, but am unsure how it will look framed. I would hate to spend the money and time if it just is not going to frame well.

Here's a link to the Buckeye Corner page where you can see the different jersey styles.

Use a shadow/object box to put jerseys in...Also, use authentic jerseys if you really want it to look nice. The depth of the box will depend on whether or not you want other items in it.

you're gonna keep this for a while, so spend the extra money on an authentic jersey. Replica's look extremely cheap next to authentic ones... so for this purpose go with the real deal.

Ultimately, I would love to have a signed authentic Eddie George jersey, but I cannot find one anywhere on the internet. All the ones I have come across are replicas. I certainly have the option of buying an authentic #7 of #47 and stalking down an autograph, but I would love a real Eddie one.

Thanks for all the input:biggrin:
