Game Thread For the Natty vs Notre Dame, Jan. 20th, 7:30 ET on ESPN

how cool is it for tress to have so many of his guys coaching on the sidelines, playing for the natti, in a couple weeks' time?

really solidifies his position as one of the greatest teachers in buckeye history. that's a tradition that is absolutely unique in this program. that really means something, not just for the past, but also for the future. few (no) other programs have that depth of pedigree. that's something which can't easily be replicated in this era.

keep paying it forward...

Line opens at 9.5. Damn, wish we'd get a bit more disrespect. I get nervous more when we're supposed to win.
What was the line for the Georgia TCU championship game in 2022? That’s what this feels like to me, only with Ohio State on the right side of the semi-final.

Notre Dame is a fundamentally sound, well-coached team that had a LOT of things bounce their way to get here. You make your own luck, 2002 Buckeyes run etc. etc.

Notre Dame has about half the talent of Texas, and half the talent they do have is currently injured. If this was outside in a blizzard I’d be concerned… in a dome on a fast track? I think the Buckeyes will run them out of the building (if they stop shooting themselves in the foot).

I saw that it was 13.5 for UGA/TCU.

The next highest line for a Title Game lately was 9.5 for Bama/tOSU in the 2020 Covid season.

Looks like this Domer game opened last night at 9.5.
