He's a helluva coach. For YEARS, ND folded in big games. Old ND would've got absolutely RUN in this game after how the first half went. But they took all those punches and fought back. Ton of respect for that. They have a bright future.

Yeah it wasn't a joke good for him and his health. I wish it had been around for my uncle. In 2000 he was heavy and had lung issues but was too heavy to get lung replacement died when one collapsed for the for the 2nd time and his other lung gave up.

Props to Freeman’s team but Day called off the dogs way too early and let ND get back into the game. I think he probably didn’t want to run up the score on a former Buckeye but it came close to biting him in the ass.
