Karageorge left without his wallet or his motorcycle, his sister said. He has a history of sports-related concussions, including one a month ago, and his family worried he might have become disoriented, she said.

"We're very concerned that he's not himself and that he maybe doesn't know what's going on," she told the newspaper. She said after each concussion, he has followed trainers' instructions and received proper care but that "his repercussions from (concussions) have been long-term or delayed."

Karageorge, who has played in one game this season, also has competed for the Buckeyes' wrestling team for three seasons. On his Twitter profile, he is said to love his country, school and his truck.

"Proud to be a wrestler for the ohiostate university," the profile says.

Karageorge is one of 24 Ohio State seniors set to be honored ahead of Saturday's home game against rival Michigan.

I suffered my second concussion last January and am still dealing with the after effects. I am going to assume that his situation is much more severe, but I can at least identify a little bit with what he is dealing with. It can really mess your mind up.

I hear ya - I had a buddy who after he suffered his 3rd concussion went from being a 4.0 kid in high school and full ride for actuarial sciences (or whatever it's called....too smart for me) to being a college drop out with no drive and working part time at Petsmart. All drive, motivation were gone and replaced by self hate and suicidal thoughts.

This case has really put a damper on Game week for me - probably the least excited I've been for the game.
