My guess is "yes"
Mullen's contract will almost be paid off and Napier's probably won't cripple the AD.
UF has been frugal (not in a negative way) regarding capital expenditures. While they are currently going through an upgrade and improvement to BHG Stadium, the UF program has never failed to spend money when it was deemed necessary.
