I might be Pulling for your Gators against The Noles. They are currently 4-5 and should lose at Notre Dame this week.

If they win the next week at home against BC, they'll be 5-6 and needing to beat Florida to keep alive hope of tying Notre Dame's record of 42 straight winning seasons. They have 41 and I'm looking for that streak to end - not to protect the Domers, but to keep FSU from getting a record they don't deserve. They vacated the wins from their 7-6 record in 2007, and then when put on probation I'm recalling that they softened their early schedule to hang onto another 7-6 mark in 2009 - must have been the Jacksonville game looking back at their seasons.

In that case, I hope they beat BC. I'd love gata to be the team that crushes their dreams. It would be just like the night of the dedication of Bobby Bowden Ron Zook Field in 2004.

Well, they got to 5-6 now, so go Gators in the season ender, hopefully for the 'Noles.

I got some info in the previous post from a bad in-game graphic the previous week. Penn St had 49 straight winning seasons, and Nebraska also had 42. But I'm looking for FSU's streak to end at 41, along with their record 36 straight bowl games.
