Better not to back into it, so the Gators beat the Cats 10-3 tonight.

That locks our seeds as 1 and 2 for the SEC Tourney. So we can do this:cheers: for a couple of days, then it's back to :bicker: .

we're not locked in yet. Gotta win 1 more (or have Florida, Bama, and Ole Piss ALL lose at least once) to lock that in.
LSU can still finish anywhere from a 1 seed to a 4 seed

I do like our chances with Coleman throwing tonight.
If he shows up, the odds are definitely in our favor.

Gators vs Pig Fuckers get the SEC tourney started in about 45 minutes.

Crappy start time IMO, which is why I was so desperately wanted to be the #1 seed in this thing.

This...game.....almost....killed. me. We spotted Bethune-Cookmen 4 runs, and although we came back a bit, we were down 7-5 when we had the last at bats in the bottom of the ninth - and we pushed three runs over to win 8-7. :banger:

Now, we face Miami, who have owned us. Go Gators!

Top of the 8th. Canes batting. Two on, one out. Gators lead 7-2. Cane's power part of their line up coming up next. We REALLY need a double play here. Our starter (Steve Locke) at about 100 just gets yanked after walking the last guy. C'mon Gators, Get up and GO!

Great day!!! The women come from behind with a walk off grand slam in the bottom of the 7th to beat Bama and secure a spot for Florida in the Final best of three championship series. Looks like Washington will be our opponent.

The Gators men beat the crap out of Miami, 16-5, for the first regional win in 11 tries when paired with the Canes.

Man! What a great day for all of us old farts who have never seen Florida beat Miami in a regional. Nice to get that scUM monkey off our backs.
