Florida 49, Georgia 10 (Final)

I would love for us to play Florida in a BCS game, they look way overrated.

They've kicked the shit out of LSU and Georgia, and beat Kentucky by 58 in between. Be careful what you wish for...

Does an undefeated PSU stay ahead of a 1 loss UF, assuming UF goes onto beat Bama in the SEC championship?

Absolutely imo. If a BCS team is undefeated, they should absolutely be in the BCS title game over a one loss BCS team. Though I don't think it will come down to that because I still think Bama and Texas will run the table.

If Florida and PSU play 10 times, I think UF wins 8 or 9 times. The BCS championsip game is going to have one very unhappy fanbase somewhere.

Anyone who listened to Corso this morning heard him say yes, because JoePa is almost 82 years old and will need offseason surgery. What a crock of shit!

I think an undefeated PSU should stay ahead of any 1-loss team, but JoePa's age and health should have absolutely nothing to do with it.

If Bama plays Florida in the SEC title game my money is on the Gators.

Me. Happy Gator. I'm returning to my bourbon consumption.

The wife keeps saying something to me (blah blah blah), but she does not realize that I am officially not listening to anything that does not have as a subject me drinking and grilling rare steaks while drinking.

Some voters openly stated they voted for Tom Osborne over Joe Pa in 1994 because Osborne had never won a title. They said similar things about Bowden the year before. Sentimentality is always part of the problem with voters awarding titles and title game berths.

I still say gimme 50 computer ratings to pick teams and leave humans out of it because emotion is a poor substitute for logic.

After next week we'll know for sure if Bama will be there, but I don't see anyone else getting there from the West.

That being said, UF looked awesome today. Their D was flying around to the ball, their O was unstoppable. UGA looked overrated, although I think they are better than they looked and was hoping for a better game. UGA has just had tough games in their big games this season. The two missed FGs were morale killers, but my parents were in attendance for this game and I'm glad they had a good time. (Dad is a Buckeye through and through, his wife has been a Gator fan since birth)

Sounds like a fine day in chocolate city.

Florida and Urban Meyer are a joke....an absolute joke. I know they were [censored]ed about the incident last year, but they are incapable of just getting revenge on the scoreboard. They can't make their point quietly. They have to thoroughly embarrass the other team and their own program in the process. Did you see what Meyer was letting players do at the end of the game? Some guy faked a knee on a punt at the end of the game. Players were running up and down the sideline, dancing, leading cheers of "overrated", Tebow ran all the way down to the to the Florida section and got yelled at by a ref. Meanwhile Urban is just standing there smiling. How he allows this thuggish behavior to occur is why he is a joke of a coach. Think you'd see any B10 teams (other than Michigan) pulling this [censored] in a conference game? Uhhh no.

Georgia trotting the entire team out on the field was far worse than anything Meyer did/allowed today. I wish he would've trotted the entire Gator squad out there when Tebow hit Harvin on his final TD pass. Georgia deserved every second of that. Actually, Richt deserved every second of that. He had it comin'.
