Fla St +24.5 at Florida (ov/un 55.5)

Gary finishes gushing about how the nation is on notice now that Tebow's full playbook has returned, only to watch him get happy feet and run into one sack, and not get rid of it in time before another one.

Tim is a great leader, but his big name and squad is the only reason he's in the heisman race. He has not been nearly as 'special' as a half-dozen other heisman candidates.

Manuel helps overcome their foolish chopblock. Four straight quality offensive plays for FSU. Two 5 yd dives, an 8 yd quick pass (erased by penalty), and a 14 yd qb draw. Another 5 yard run up the gut.

Incompletion on 3rd & long. That chopblock flag essentially stalled this drive.

We harp on Herbie a lot, but I'm glad he isn't like these CBS announcers with showing who their favorites are. "I've even got eye black in honor of Tim." Who gives a shit, we already knew this, talk about the fucking game your worthless fucks.

You honestly believe this to be true or am I just missing the sarcasm?

Yeah, I'm kind of tired of this "they're just getting to the edges on this fast FSU defense" crap. FSU's defense is about as good as Michigan's defense...maybe worse. Can we please stop talking up opponents for a while?

They're SEC refs. Could you tell?

That almost looked like an intentional fumble by James (although the ball was ruled down beforehand, so it was irrelevant).

Whether it's the defenses or # of carries catching up to him, Tebow isn't the same runner he was a few years ago.

And Morgan Trent was UM's best corner in 08.Doesn't mean much.

Wow, FSU is just awful in their lack of athleticism. #98 had Tebow dead to rights, but rather than take one step outside to force him back in. He stands there flatfooted while Tebow rumbles from 8 yards away and gets outside him.

On the next play, FSU does not account for Tebow (after a string of Tebow carries), and he rumbles untouched for 20 yards & a score. Just pathetic defense.

:shake:

What the heck was that? The defenders just ran away from him. How do you not account for Tebow on the option? Here's a tip: Tebow runs all the time. He should be priority #1.

Maybe Mickey Andrews is getting out while the getting is good. After all, he got a pickup truck out of it.

I enjoyed CBS's Heisman hopeful segment early in the first quarter in which it omitted Colt McCoy's huge game against A&M from Thursday.

Well played CBS. Just omit the Heisman front runner and talk about Gerhart's upcoming game tonight.

We're on pace for a 3rd straight 30 pt win/snoozefest in this rivalry.

With zero interest from either announcer in commenting on those two contenders. "ok thanks" was the extent of their response.
