Too soon old, too late smart
Would expect at this recruiting level, a recruit would telegraph whether they're interested or not. would also expect that these asst coaches are pretty savvy when a kid is shining them on, or not. And probably the reverse is true as well. It's kinda hard (I hear) to make 20 recruiting calls, probably the top of the list to the bottom, and keep the same level of engagement present. Kinda like talking to a female, chumming her up to ask her to the prom. Gotta build a foundation in both aspects. Anyway, guys getting paid a million + should have those instincts filed razor sharp. Just an idle musing. Go Bucks!
