James Laurinaitis is doing it again, Ohio State is in the top two early for two elite LB targets in Austin Phillips and Sekou Toure.
Phillips was tabbed as the #1 LB early on by Rivals, Toure has been tabbed as the #1 LB early on by 247. Ohio State is battling ND for Phillips and Texas A&M for Toure.

Toure has 3 older brothers currently playing college football: Mohamed Toure (Miami), Vaboue Toure (Penn State) and Famah Toure (Rutgers). Elite bloodlines.
