To further the discussion though, we as Buckeye fans also know how the effect can be by having a devastating pass rush(I.e. 2006 NC).
But I would love as much as anyone to see Campbell in this class. His versatility would allow him to play either CB or S, like a Jordan Fuller, where he's long enough and big enough to play S but has the cover skills of a CB. its a good argument to be having

Absolutely. Both can be offense killers. And the reality is, we're already loaded at both spots, so getting either Parsons or Campbell would be comical at this point. The fact that we're debating between a guy could end up the fastest 200m runner in OSU football history and a DE who is winning HS meets in the 100 at 6'3, 230, it's safe to say we're in the golden era of OSU football recruiting.

Coach Venables sends me the depth chart of every team that offers me so he has just been telling me that if I come there I will have the opportunity to start and compete. I keep hearing good things so I plan on visiting there again this time with my family.

So Venables is taking a method of trying to use our depth chart against us. I would just love for Coombs to send Tyson the salaries of the last few CBs drafted from OSU in the first few round since 2014, and also show him how much early PT those guys got in year 1. If you're good enough, Coombs will find a way for you to make the rotation, if not work harder. I dont think Campbell has a problem with that and see which will prepare him, hence we're one of his guaranteed official visits

American Heritage’s 6-2½, 180-pound senior is the third-ranked cornerback in the nation and is ranked 20th among all players, according to 247Sports.

But Campbell is more than just a cover corner.

Tyson will knock you out, too.

“He was the best tackler we had on our team last year when he played safety,” said Heritage defensive coordinator Chad Wilson, a former Miami Hurricanes cornerback. “He made solid tackles. He also made blow-up tackles when we needed them.”

Campbell would be the best cornerback prospect on every team in the football-rich state of Florida … except for American Heritage.

That’s because the Patriots play Patrick Surtain Jr. on the left side and Campbell on the right. Surtain just happens to be the No. 1 cornerback prospect in the nation.

Both are tall – Surtain is listed at 6-2 – and neither has yet chosen a college, although Campbell has cut his list to seven schools. Those seven, in the order mentioned by Campbell, are Florida State, Florida, Miami, Georgia, Alabama, Ohio State and Clemson.

The 247 Sports “crystal ball” has it a dead heat between Miami and Ohio State, but all Campbell would say is that he would decide at some point during the 2017 season.
