Fix for PSU -19.5 mess that folks jumped on

I created the Penn State -19.5 line last week for Maxbuck, due to a statement he'd posted about tOSU's chances.

Several posters misinterpreted that line into thinking that they could win if tOSU stayed within 19.5 points, and jumped on it.

I've created this vBet for those folks to get back HALF of what they lost, to partly recover from their mistake.

If you didn't lose money on the PSU -19.5 line, please don't bet here. DON"T MAKE A PRIVATE BET HERE. If the bets aren't all visible, I can tell that and I'll have to start over from scratch.

Here are the amounts that should be placed on the 1-1 line:

Would have liked to have seen an earlier "edit" pick for the Buckeyes "+19.5" for all of the Boner-holes that thought they were pulling a fast one. Hated to see so many lose so much on the fact that they are "STOOPID"
