First Game for my son and me

I'm taking my son to the IU game which will be a first for both. Any tips on when I should get to the game and what we should see at the stadium before kickoff. Other than the game (which should be enough) anything else that's a don't miss for a six year old. Thanks.

Indiana was also my first game when I was a lad. Don't miss the TBDITL's ramp entrance into the Stadium. Here it is 30+ years later and it still gives me goosebumps and a lump in my throat ever time I see it.....

Skull Session is a must. Stay fir the whole game, sing Carmen Ohio at the end...have a hell of a time.
This

It takes place at St. John's arena. It starts at 10am. With this being a noon game against Indiana, you may be able to get seats right at 10am, but I would get there at 9:30am. Once Skull session is over, then I would go to my seats in the stadium. At this point you can either watch the team come out to warm up, where they lock arms as a team and walk out on the field to Hells Bells, or you can find a place on one of the ramps in the rotunda and watch the band enter the stadium. Both of these things usually happen at the same time, probably around 11:20 or so. Either way, be in your seats by 11:40 to watch the band take the field. After the game stay for Carmen Ohio, and then listen for the victory bell in the Southeast corner of the stadium, which hopefully will be ringing.
