Yeah, it is. If the ball was possessed at the 5 then that's where it should've been blown dead. Otherwise it should've been at the 1, where the ball was actually possessed.
But... Then how can I blame the SEC for screwing Ohio State?This isn't a new rule, guys. If we touch it at the 4 and it goes in the end zone, they'd get it at the 20. The play doesn't end when the defense touches the punt if the ball keeps moving.
