I'll agree that the media firestorm has gotten out of control. But I knew Jessie, and her tragic death is no less tragic just because Greta van Susteran chimes in.

i mainly just hate how the media blows a story way out of the water when they don't have any stories to work with. like when they will do something along the lines of making a breaking news story somebody that is missing in colorado or something with nothing special after that. there are thousands of people missing so what makes that one special?

CANANDAIGUA, N.Y. - Text messages were sent and received on a 17-year-old driver's cell phone moments before the sport utility vehicle slammed head-on into a truck, killing her and four other recent high school graduates, police said.

Bailey Goodman was driving her friends to her parents' vacation home when her SUV, which had just passed a car, swerved back into oncoming traffic, hit a tractor-trailer and burst into flames. Five days earlier, the five teenagers had graduated together from high school in Fairport, a Rochester suburb.

Correction, the best example was that horse-faced, nappy headed ho from Georgia who pulled the "runaway bride" shit.

You don't have to be cute and white to make the news. Just white and of upper-middleclass income. But being cute helps.
