Had to go try "The W" they've been advertising. Supposedly big and real competition for the BigMac.
WRONG!!! The burger I got looked like a McDonalds double cheeseburger. Only smaller. What a fucking rip off. Comparing the picture on the menu and what I was given was a joke. I asked the lady at the counter, if she could tell me what burger I was holding. She said "cheeseburger". I said "Do you realize this is what you just charged me $4 for and called it 'The W'?" She said "Really?" I thought they were bigger than that?"
I said "Me too, miss. Me too"

Haven't been to a burger chain in awhile and don't miss them at all. Wendy's, Burger King, McDonald's - I can't believe how much business they do serving up low quality, garbage food.
When I really want a burger, I'll go to a real restaurant or make it myself. The fast food chains will have to get by without me.

Had the honey butter chicken biscuit, seasoned potatoes, and chocolate frosty-ccino for breakfast this morning.
1. The chocolate frosty-ccino is delicious, although I found it almost too sweet. Got better later in the morning as the ice melted and it was diluted a bit.
2. The closest comp for the seasoned potatoes would be KFC's wedges. Hope Wendy's eventually serves these all day, they're better than the fries.
3. Honey butter chicken biscuit was excellent.
4. Drive thru line was completely empty at 7:50 AM. Pulled straight to the order display, then right to the window. Passed McDonalds and Starbucks on way into office and both were as packed as ever. On day 2 of the national breakfast menu rollout, that is not a good sign. Peoples' morning rituals are difficult to change.

Had Wendy’s breakfast years ago when I stopped at some truck stop on the way to Florida. It’s about fucking time they moved forward with it.
