Favorite Sports Movie?

Most of my faves have been mentioned...

Anybody remember Victory (Sly Stallone, Michael Caine, Pele)? That was one of those movies that you see when you're a little kid and as soon as it's over, everybody runs outside and starts playing (soccer) in this case.

I also recently saw Invincible - pretty good...

A couple more: The Legend of Bagger Vance and Seabiscuit were good.

I think the one sports-movie I'd recommend to anyone, whether they're sports fans or not, is Riding Giants.

Oh, and we can't forget Jerry McGuire!

While technically not a "sports" movie, The Last Boy Scout was based around pro-football and gambling.

This movie was comic gold for Bruce Willis and Damon Wayans one-liners.

Yeah, that was a good one. Another Sly flick I liked was Over the Top, the one where he's a truck-driving arm wrestler trying to get his son back.
