Holy Crap it is really hard to pick just one. I mean it is the greatest show of our time. I guess if I had to pick one it would be grandpa simpson. Homer would be second followed closely by Ned Flanders.

The elementary school girl hanging from the gymnastics rings alone
quietly saying

While Homer is the sun around which the show orbits, I think I've gotta go with Sideshow Bob. The hair alone makes me howl and his level of contempt for the unwashed masses is great. Moe is up there though, due to his utter lack of concern for any other human being.
