My cheese dip is the bomb.

Big Block of Velveeta
Big Jar of Salsa
Add some milk if it's too thick for your tastes, but normally the water from the salsa will thin it out nicely.
1 Jar of Jalapenos
Into the crock pot, and serve on game day with Tortilla chips.

It's a pretty simple base, you can add Chili powder, various hot sauces, etc to it and make it your own, also, tossing in some browned ground beef or chili will make your friends think you can cook like a mad man.

I guess I can't stand the stuff because it reminds me of the cheese I ate as a kid that the government handed out to welfare cases. Yes, I was that poor for awhile but my mom got off welfare as fast as she could so nyeah. :wink2:
