I usually buy my subs at Jersey Mikes. They're decent, but hardly great. My favorite subs are at Grinders, but there's none in my area.

Haha. Exactly. The thing is the sub was incredible, but I'm not sure if I'll be going back there for awhile.

I definitely agree. I tend to eat at Subway more than any other place. The only logical explanation I can come up with is because there's so many more Subway's than other sub shops, or the bang for the buck is so much better. I know that many schools in my area have fundraisers that involve Subway. So, that definitely could be a huge factor in where you choose to eat your subs.

When I lived in Columbus I liked Jimmy John's because they put avacado on the veggie subs. I usually went to Subway, though, because it was the closest to my office (W. Lane Ave.).

In Dayton, nothing comes close to Submarine House. Their Philly Cheese Steak is phenomenal, and their onion rings are out of this world too. For meatball, and chicken parm subs in my area, DiSalvos Deli is killer.
