My All Time favorite list (the way I enjoyed them when they came out)

Quake 1 - got me into online FPS
Ultima III (yes three, that's going back a LONG way when I was a kid)
BF1942 - Desert Combat mod
Unreal Tournament (for the mods - Infiltration)
Ghost Recon - online

Oblivion is closing in on that list fast - absolute crack.
The Rainbow Six Series (excluding Lockdown) is great too.
I'm also a fan of Civilization and the older C&C games.

Quake 1 - got me into online FPS

Very good call, and I cant believe I left it off my list. One of the local new businesses started a Q1 server when it first came out. Funny thing is, years later I got a job with that business, and just recently quit because I hated it. However it was the best damn Quake server ever, by far. Our clan was so good at that damn game, that when we joined the server, everybody else left

Don't play much of anything anymore, but always enjoyed the Ultima series, old King's Quest games, the Gabriel Knight series, Betrayal at Krondor, Baldur's Gate and Neverwinter Nights.

Also always loved stuff like Worms and Atomic Bomberman.

Oh, and the Tycoon games are pretty boring, but Zoo Tycoon is kind of fun, just because you can do stuff like let the tigers out and watch them maul people... (Oh, first you have wall in the exits, so people can't escape...)

Ahhh I stand corrected.......for some reason I was thinking it was first Or there was an older version of it that didnt make any waves, something like that.
Well that could be said about the original version since no one ever actually played it as everyone knows Mac owners don't really use their machines for anything...they rub them gently and talk about it sets them apart from the unwashed PC masses.
