Favorite movie villian of all time...

The Emperor was indeed a bad, bad man...

"We are quite safe from your pitiful band" - I didn't know Luke was in 'N Sync, but that's neither here nor there.

A good read for those of you who have never seen it... Keep these in mind when picking a villian... many villians fall victim to these ills...

He fell victim, however, to this problem

If I have a fit of temporary insanity and decide to give the hero the chance to reject a job as my trusted lieutentant, I will retain enough sanity to wait until my current trusted lieutenant is out of earshot before making the offer.

Yeah, I was pretty disappointed in the last two movies overall. I'm not a Sci-Fi geek or anything, but I was born in '75, so me & most people my age spent their youth worshipping the original movies and playing with all the toys. (Star Wars came out in '77, ESB in '80, and ROTJ in '83).

Lucas should've gotten some help writing these new movies. He's soured what is an American pop-culture phenomenon.

Darth Maul was pretty cool...I loved that light sabre-staff.

I said Darth Sith but you are right Lion, I met Maul. I think he was called a "Sith Lord" but his name was Maul.
A great character.

I agree. Episodes 1 and 2 cannot compare to 4, 5, and 6.
Unlike most people, I like 1 better than 2. The relationship between Skywalker and the Queen is enough to ruin any movie.

Oh yeah. I can write a pretty good essay on why 1 & 2 really sucked when compared with the original Trilogy. But, I don't wanna bore anymore people on this thread.

Just treat it like Michael Jordan's comeback with the Bullets: close your eyes and pretend it didn't happen.

That being said, I will be one of the many paying customers to see Episode 3. Sounds like it'll be a great movie from all the rumors.

Without a doubt. Unlike most, I'm not a huge fan of Portman. I thought she looked pretty good in Ep 1, but I don't think she's all that (even as she's gotten older). Plus, I read some interviews with her, and she seems like a freak.

She ain't no Jennifer Love Hugetits or a Jessica Simpson, that's for sure.
