Beef (any) followed by chicken. I can do without all that "other stuff" except once in a great while.

As far as I'm concerned, if I can eat a half pound of potatos with some part of a cow three meals a day I'm a happy camper. :)

Actually, I do try to eat healthy ... like that song they taught us back in elementary school health class: 4-4-3-2. I try to fulfill my 4-4-3-2 distribution of the four basic foodgroups every day: beer, cow, potato, corn.

True story - in High School I decided I'd try the vegetarian game. Then, about 3 days in, it occured to me... God, I love beef.

I don't get the opportunity to eat it often, but fresh roasted lamb/lamb shank is awesome. I love gyro meat too. Really, I can't say what kind of cooked flesh is my favorite,though.........

I like beef and poultry about equally, but I'll give beef the nod because nothing beats a good filet.

EDIT: For the record, I mistyped "beef" as "beer" and thought everyone should know.
