Italian Beef
3 lb. beef or chuck roast
2 beef bullion cubes
1 pkg. good seasons Italian pkg.
1 t. oregano
1 T. vinegar
garlic salt
1/2 c. water
cook meat in crock pot w/ water & bullion cubes for at least 6 hrs. remove from liquid and shred....add dressing, oregano and vinegar to water in crock pot. season to taste with garlic salt...add shredded beef back in the pot,cook and additional 3 hrs.... serve on artesian bread/ hot pepper cheese & green chilies or in tortillas w/ sour cream, chilies and shredded cheese.
