Favorite Chinese Food...

When we lived near New Haven we would go to a Chinese Seafood restaurant.
Order their special. Baby Bok Choy with Ginger Shrimp! Yum!
Now my honey has the recipe and we have our version with Indian Basmati. [nosmiley]

All this talk convinced me to go get Chinese for lunch. For $3.95, I got:

Szechuan chicken with flied lice
Egg drop soup
hot and sour soup that a co-worker gave me from her lunch special

I'll be eating Chinese food for lunch the rest of the week. :groove:

I always get Sesame Chicken. Now General Tso's Chicken, I just can't eat. I don't really like spicy food that much.

I know one time I ordered Sesame Chicken and it was super spicy. I took one bite and knew something was wrong. I took it back up to the lady she was like, "You order General Tso's". I said no and politely showed her my reciept, which said Sesame Chicken.

I never understood ppl insisting that larger cities somehow have better immigrants. If you think about it, alot of those ppl coming into this country didn't come from large cities, so they dont really want a large city. What about those ppl mean they cant cook? I have been taken to places in big cities, that ppl have claimed is "real", and have never been blown away by it. I have been lucky enough to grow up with some Asian friends and have always asked there parents where they will and wont eat. That will tell you alot. I like how some ppl just want to feel smart anyway they can around here. Here I'll make this next one real easy for you.
