I prefer when they fry the chicken breast and then cut it up, as opposed to the other way around which basically makes chicken nuggets--and they gotta have some good gravy!

Chicken and vegetables in garlic sauce, no mushrooms, zucchini, cabbage, or water chestnuts, with some rice and that really hot red sauce that they have.

The chicken has to be white meat too. I actually prefer the huge nuggets. I don't like the cut up stuff.

Good gravy is a must have. This is where the places I have tried usually go wrong. :(
