  • 1. Muenster (Just to eat by the slice or to have on a sandwich.)

    2. Provolone ( 2nd favorite to eat by the slice or on pizza and subs)

    3. Brie (Just had it for the first time last year and really good on Triscuits and the such.

    I need to have Manfred answer this one. He spends hours at the cheese stand at Whole Foods. :)

    Some of the ones we've really liked are:

    Peccorino Romano (awesome with Amarone)

    Aged Mahon

    Aged Gouda

    Brie

    Sage Derby

    Montenebro (a Spanish goat cheese)

    I'm lactose intolerant, so you all suck; you and your favorite cheeses. My current favorite is "Veggie Delight" soy cheese. It's not bad if you use it with something, like on a sandwich or melted on pizza....
