If you're into people watching, it doesn't get much better than CDG right outside of Paris. The French might not be the friendliest (though I was treated well both times there), but their women treat everyday like a fashion show and maybe 1 in 100 is obese.

I also enjoy a few of the small restaurants/bars in Bahrain since I've got stuck there a few times.

San Antonio airport is one of the most laid back and uncrowded U.S. airports I've been in...especially considering how huge the city is.

Detroit, like all other things M*ch*gan related, depressed the life out of me.
 
Charles de Gaulle is a beautiful airport.

The tunnel between the two concourses at Detroit Metro was actually pretty cool.

I wouldn't say it was a favorite but flying into Hong Kong (the old airport) was certainly an experience.

Only airport I have been to that stands out from the rest (all domestic) is Jackson Hole.

Cincinnati gets my vote for least favorite.

Old Hong Kong gave you some pretty thrilling moments as does San Francisco and DC National. One down draft at any of them and you're swimming.

Bien Hoa will always be a favorite. The second we heard the wheels go up and the pilot came on the intercom to state, "Gentlemen, we are airborne from Vietnam!" the shouts began and we partied on.

I thought Amsterdam's airport was pretty incredible - when it comes to efficiency the Dutch can out do anyone.

Ramstein is cool. You walk out of customs, cross a street and walk into a super hotel and PX mall. Of course you're stuck in Ramstein until you can rent a car and get the hell out of the place.

Favorite hands down is Cape Town. Haven't flown down there in several years, but as recently as half a dozen years ago, it was still like something out of the early 60's jet age, where they'd still roll the staircases out to the tarmac to load and unload jumbo jets. Great BA lounge. At least the first couple of times, the Table Mountain flyby on your way in is pretty spectacular.

The AA Arrivals lounge and AA Flagship/BA First lounges make LHR actually enjoyable, not to mention really good duty free shopping.

If I never have to fly through Miami again that will be too soon.

I still really enjoyed flying into and out of Dallas on a trip, but that was about 8 years ago. San Diego is definitely one my least favorite, with three gates isolated from the rest of the airport with a single option for "food" and drinks inside that small security section.
