I had some serious issues last night and was not able to make the draft. Sorry for that guys. I can see my team sucks. Considering my first two picks were Clinton Portis and TO, two guys who are injured I am not very happy. Ohwell.

There were 4 out of 12 last night show up for the live draft. I was hoping for 8 or 9, but what are you gonna do? Unlike me, I know that some people actually have a life and can't make it to some of these types of functions so it is all good.:biggrin: I just hope that those that got in the league will be active during the season, that will make it alot more fun....

Yes I agree that you need people to be active. In my fantasy baseball league this year there is one person who has not been active at all, given he is in last place.

I apologize again for not being there yesterday and I assure you I will be active in this league.

I had wanted to participate in the draft yesterday, but I have developed a serious sinus infection (I hardly ever get sick) which caused me to go to bed around 7:30 last night. I'm still feeling pretty awful, even moreso now that I've seen my roster. I noticed there appears to be two starting QB's - is this the case? If so, my starting tandem of Aaron Brooks and Brett Favre will bury me in the cellar..

Yes there are two starting qb's each week, and yes you do seem to be hurting with those two qb's. Of course, I could possible remedy part of your problem with the 4 qb's on my roster, maybe you would be interested in a trade.:biggrin:

Having two starting QB's every week makes no sense whatsoever - I've played 5 seasons of fantasy football and have never seen this rule. I realize it's too late to change, and that people made their draft picks based on the setup of the league. It all comes down to supply and demand - there aren't enough NFL starting QBs (32) for everyone to have two and a spare (36.)
