Ok I need another TE because of the ineptitude of the Colt's O. Got my eye on 3 available TE's in my league: Gresham, Ed Dickson, and Aaron Hernandez. What do you think?

Hernandez, Dickson, Gresham in that order

OK strike that...Hernandez is not available, but Ben Watson, Dustin Keller, and Fred Davis are. I assume Dickson would be first priority here as well

uhm.... Dickson vs Keller is intriguing.... Davis could be a 1 week wonder.... Watson could be good as well... at this point pick the guy that looks like he'll get the most touches.

Watson, Keller, Dickson...

Watson and Moore are about the best weapons in the Brownies offense. Tons of passes coming their way. Keller is Sanchez' target over the middle. Another matchup problem. Dickson I don't think anyone has seen enough of.

If Herandez was available then it would be no contest.

Thanks guys - new development since I posted, apparently I advertised my need for a TE well because I got a trade offer:

Jeremichael Finley, Desean Jackson, and Pierre Thomas for Anquan Boldin and Matt Forte

Normally I would accept no prob, but Forte is my only reliable RB, with Steven Jackson being hurt. What do you think?

depends on the scoring in your league.. if you get points for return yards etc.. DJ could be lights out... Pierre thomas isn't even a starter ... Boldin is a few notches below Jackson... Finley.. the biggest problem I have is that GB,NO, and most of the NE their QBs throw to anyone open they don't have a favorite target (except Brady & Welker)... its a gamble.. just weigh it out based on how your league scores.

I never understood the obsession with Forte. His biggest contributions come from the passing game the past couple seasons. (See - screens) He's just not a very good RB. That said. I'd keep him in my lineup just for his contributions to the passing game.

Hell no to Pierre Thomas. I like Finley & Jackson - but for a RB & a productive WR? Not worth it.

I like Forte just because of the amount of touches he gets in their O...kind of like a poor man's Marshall Faulk...and with Steven Jackson most likely out this week I need all the touches at RB I can get. Anyways I did turn down that offer and am trying to get Arian Foster's owner to bite on a trade for Ben Tate
