Completely agree on point one. Bowe is way overdue, but McCluster is Cassel's favorite target out of the slot. McCluster had 10 targets last week to Bowe's six. Chiefs are at Buffalo this weekend & with the field day Sanchez displayed on them, I'd have to say nothing leads me to believe Cassel won't have the same success.
Ogletree makes it a nightmare for Dallas WR's with Austin & Dez in the mix as well. Austin did have a TD (Lucky ?), but he caught all four throws that went his way & was relatively quiet up until that drive that he got his score.
Stevie Johnson was held in check last week by Revis, despite getting a TD. He caught only four passes (55 yards), but was targeted a team high 10 times. He's had nine catches & two TD's in his last two games against KC. Despite having Fitz at the helm, I expect Stevie to have a big game considering how Matt Ryan tore the Chiefs secondary to shreds last week. With David Nelson out for the season, Donald Jones becomes the #2 & Scott Chandler is the only other pass catcher Fitz has had experience with.
The Colts only ran the ball 15 times last week compared to 45 pass attempts. This was due to the fact they were down almost the entire game. Reggie Wayne had a monster game though, with nine catches for 135 yards & saw a remarkable 18 targets. With a monster performance like that & the fact they get Minnesota at home this week, who Blaine Gabbert had a pretty solid game against last week, I'd roll with him if he was on my team.
With all that being said, I'd roll with Stevie Johnson & Reggie Wayne. They're clear #1 receivers on there team & have favorable matchups this week. Yeah, Stevie Johnson's QB sucks, but he is going to be throwing his way a lot against a weak secondary at home. Bowe is a good start as well, but Cassel clearly likes McCluster, which is something to keep in mind. Bowe is definitely due for a big game & plays against a weak secondary as well, so he is worth starting as well, but I like the other two just a little bit more. Austin has Ogletree & Dez to contend with now, which creates a nightmare scenario. All three of these guys are capable of monster games every week, but it's tough to call who will have the better day of the three.
