Fantasy Football Advice

He can't be dealt until he signs his tag, no?

If so i don't see that being an over night thing. Maybe it's my wanting to have consistency over potential. Lamar will get you points starting week 1. Bell might get you good points, but that might start week 6.
You should be able to find somebody on waivers or your bench that can get you some points to fill in until the RB2 comes back and does RB2 things.

RB2 options -

Hyde at home vs Steelers (possible heavy rain)
Bilal Powell @ Lions (monday night game)
Jamaal Williams at home vs Chi Town

I want to go Hyde because he's the lead dog in CLE and I think the media is overblowing how shared the back field will be. That said I realize the weather will probably be shit and his utility will be TD dependent.
Powell is RB1 for the Jets and their rookie QB, so I'd expect them to give him touches early and often. Also helps that the Lions dline looked terrible in pre-season.
Williams was a late get but he's the RB1 in GB. I think Rodgers might help open some space for him but I'm worried about that solid Bears front.

Input, thoughts, opinions?

Debating sitting Doug Baldwin, moving Cooper to WR2 & starting Duke Johnson at Flex. Baldwin claims to be less than 100% and will be lined up vs Chris Harris most of the game. Thoughts?

Shit sandwich either way. Coop will get the attention and Kupp will reap the rewards. Duke at Flex is a serious gamble. He isn't a redzone threat, so unless you're PPR then you have an issue.

For a flex guy I have options..Brandin Cooks,Marquis Goodwin (who i'm high on but not against Minn) or a late move I picked up Adrian Peterson due to having an inactive Mark Ingram, and wanting to get some flexibility in my roster. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

EDIT
For some reason I am getting a weird feeling I might regret not starting Peterson today. Goodwin should be gold just not today. Cooks got paid and the Rams should roll, but I also have gurly starting and like not having the same team starting too much (rams).

Goodwin isn't happening.

So I am basically looking at A.Peterson(zona D)/B.Cooks.

Oakland's D versus STL sounds swell.
I just can envision Peterson grabbing a few red zone TD's.

Anyone wanting to chime in with thoughts is thanked in advance. Damn these choices.

I've got little faith in a anything SEA can do. I'm starting Ben over RUSS even considering conditions. I just don't see SEA offense doing much.

First couple games AP appears playable (Zona and Indy) But after that GB, NO, CAR and the Gmen are on tilt. So if you're going to use him, might as well be now.

Yea,this is my thought process as well. I just have a hard time sitting Cooks (even though i dont care for him) for a gamble, but it could be a huge payoff if AD decides he has something to prove. Bigger upside, probably. Thanks for your thoughts.

Problem is we don't know where Cooks fits in with the Rams offense yet. AP on the other hand is going to get touches because he's the only interior runner the Skins have at the moment.

AP might have something to prove but that is mental. Hell, I want to prove something but the problem is, I can’t. Neither can AP. Reality is that he isn’t very good anymore. He only starts because the Redskins are trash (sorry @jwinslow) and they don’t have any healthier bodies. They’re gonna fall behind and Thompson is gonna be their guy. I’m with you on Goodwin (I’m an owner and like him for the season but not vs Minny) so I’d go with Cooks honestly (and we are both not totally on that train either.) Oakland’s D is nothing to write home about, Goff is going to have a solid game and Cooks has to at least benefit some from that. When your debate is at the flex and AP is one of the options, I say go for a decent floor, which in this case, is a guy who isn’t 70 in NFL RB years, with a solid QB vs a middling defense.

Thanks for the advice. Definitely taking it all into consideration. A damn shame I can't get my Goodwin fix this week, but I have Deandre Hopkins and Adam Theilen there. He's not a TD guy at all(AT)but I just can't get Goodwin in this offense this week without feeling like I am shooting myself in the foot.

EDIT

I thought I read something this morning that said X.Rhodes was having some minor hammy issues or something of that nature. Still not enough for me to pull the trigger. Wasn't an injury that should matter (even tho Goodwin has serious speed).
