Fantasy Football Advice

Heading into tonight I'm down .5 point with Ahmad Bradshaw remaining. So basically as long as he gets one carry, falls forward for 5 yards on that carry and doesn't fumble - then I'll be 3-0 across the board for the second straight week.

Here's the fucking core of my soon to be 4-5 team. Somebody explain how this is possible to have a losing record with:

QB - Matt Ryan/Romo
RB - Demarco Murray
RB - Andre Ellington
WR - Demaryius Thomas
WR - DeAndre Hopkins
WR - Andre Johnson
TE - Kelce
Flex - Malcom Floyd/Brandin Cooks
K - Dan Bailey
D - Patriots

Avg QB rank: 11.5
Avg RB rank: 5
Avg WR rank: 19
TE: 10
K : 3
D: 3

There's no fucking way anybody else in this league can touch that....especially the RB/WR combo. Fuck this fucking league. Guy in first place has players starting who rank in the 40s at their position. The guy in 2nd has Jerrick McKinnon and Andrew Williams as starting RBs.

I shouldn't be 0-9 ... but I am. Sometimes shit happens

Your starting 2/3 WR's are both on the same team. A run first team with Ryan Fitzpatrick as the QB. It wouldn't be bad if Demarius had started off this year like he did 2013. Unfortunately he was your anchor and that's why the position group had suffered.

QB? Can't complain other than Matty Ice's line will force him into a ton of stupid decisions.

Your TE was a stash the first 4-5 weeks of the season and is now starting to produce. I can't complain but Kelce has had 2-3 games with only a couple points on the board. Fasano still takes more snap as of yesterday.

I like Floyd and Cooks as #3 receivers but they too are also high risk high reward. It's hard to use them as flex play when you don't have consistency at your 1/2 or even 3WR spot.

Your RB spot is good. Murray being monster and Ellington able to chip in some ok points. The Pats defense had been shakey for a while but is coming on strong.

Bottom line, you can hang your hat on your QB and RB's getting you points, but the rest this year has been a toss up. Julius Thomas has taken away from Demarius although after Sunday that's likely to chance. TE is shallow this year and flex play is always a fire ball chance.

I picked up Hopkins recently since he's out performing Johnson. I've only started them both twice. I'm trying to trade one plus Cooks or Floyd for a serviceable RB but nobody is willing to give one up. The Pats D has the 4th most points, and that's with a -1 against KC early in the year.

What is the Julius Thomas/Sunday angle?

Either way, there's a very small handful of teams you can get away with that on. The Texans ain't one of em'.

The pats D had a few clunkers early in the year but is rounding into form quite well.

As for Julius, he's either going to bounce back in a way like you'll never see or having his PT cut. He was, I guess what you'd call blocking on the 3 man pass rush sack by the Pats on 4th down.
Also he clearly doesn't like fighting through physical play because he went into his routes like a vagina when checked at the line. Neither will go over well with Fox.

I put my claim in for him. Unfortunately I'm 8th in the waiver order. Fortunately one of the 2 guys smart enough to take him is behind me.

I also need a WR, so I'm hoping if there is a scramble for AP, that frees up Mike Evans' overrated ass.
