Buckeye in Blacksburg
At the beggining, the stadium looked damn near like the 'Shoe with all of that Scarlet in there....... but as the game got started and they showed later stadium views, it started to look more balanced. Maybe it was just me.

A dyin' breed.
I sat in the ND endzone (unfortunately) but it wat AT LEASY 55-60% Buckeye folks. If you looked on the OSU side, there were tiny spots of yellow and green, but when you looked on the ND side there were a considerable number of scarlet and gray clad folks there. The best part was the 4 corner O-H-I-O chants, the ND folks kinda were in awe of how the stadium was taken over from the 3rd quarter on. I have to give those fans credit though, they were awful loud on 3rd downs, and really loud after they scored to make it 27-20. Pittman's run silenced that. I have lots of great pictures I'll be posting after the 4 hour ride back home to Vegas. GO BUCKS!

I was at the game and sat in the OSU Endzone Student Section and I promise you it was not even close to 50-50. Even walking out side the stadium Buckeye fans far outnumbered Notre Dame Fans. I think the numbers were closer to 60-65% osu fans.

Yeah, I was right next to the band, and there were definately more scarlet spots in the green than vice-versa. I'd say 60-40... Outside of the stadium, it looked like there were way more Bucks than Irish.
We were definately louder, but when they scored in the 4th, my head rocked. Those Irish can definately cheer

The Best was at the end of the game when the This is Our House and the We own Tempe cheers were going on. Classic.
Actually the best cheer I heard all night other then when the OSU fans were going crazy for Eddie was the Rudy Sucks cheer...

it was split down the center... however there was a lot more red in the green than vice versa... as commented earlier in this thread.

I don't think it could have been 2:1 with all the demand for tickets from both schools...have to think it was slightly a Buckeye crowd, but about half and half.

i would probably say from my vantage point it was 59.5654% buckeye fans to a solid 40.4346% nd fans. thats just my opinion though.

There is not a single person at that game who will say it was 50/50. There were a lot of tickets still available outside minutes before kick-off that were going pretty cheap(less then face value).
